Custom printed size labels on WHITE or BLACK satin with SINGLE COLOUR PRINT

  • Printed as a continuous length with cut lines
  • Each label is 40mm long/folds to 20mm high
  • Choose white satin with black print or black satin with matte silver or gold print
  • Specify printing for each side or leave blank for size on the topside and blank underneath - for example, you may want the size on the font and Made in New Zealand on the back
  • If you need to see a proof, a digital screenshot can be sent
  • PRINTED EXACTLY AS YOU ORDER - Only type SIZE if you want the word included

Material - White Satin

✱ 100% polyester satin from new & recycled polyester

✱ Bright white colour & strong woven edge

✱ Nice amount of sheen - the level of sheen and the thickness of this satin make this material a quality and not at all "cheap" or "tacky" looking.

✱ Available widths: 10mm♻️, 14mm♻️, 20mm♻️, 25mm♻️, 32mm♻️, 40mm♻️, 45mm. (The ♻️ symbol indicates that the material is made from recycled polyester - 45mm is made from all new polyester material)

✱ Supplied uncut/on a roll or as a bundle as default. Cut edges can be sealed, suitable for flat patch labels.

Durability - Standard

Our standard printing is one of the most commonly used print throughout the clothing industry for care labels.

The resin wash ink lasts 60-80 washes on average depending on individual garment, wear and wash factors.

We stock black, blue (similar to Pantone 279 C), matte silver and gold foil ink rolls which can be printed individually on labels.  The label passes through the printer once, with one ink roll installed, so multi colour printing is not an option.
NB: silver on white or black on black produces a low contrast result and is difficult to read therefore some of these combinations are not offered.

Not recommended for outdoor items exposed to constant UV light, horse-gear or labelling where high abrasion resistance is needed. Avoid placement of labels next to or close to velcro.
