Orders are dispatched from the Manawatu region, New Zealand unless specified otherwise.
Once a courier pickup has been booked Workroom Labels does not control the time it takes to arrive at the destination.
Delivery may also be impacted by public holidays or unforeseen events.
New Zealand
New Zealand orders are delivered by Courierpost. All shipping is sent out on an overnight service, however some areas of New Zealand can take longer than overnight.

International orders are delivered by DHL Express.

Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are fees imposed by governments on goods brought into a country. These charges can include tariffs, value-added tax (VAT), and excise taxes, impacting the total cost of imported products.
Workroom Labels does not normally pre pay these and it is the responsibility of the receiver/customer to settle any duties or import taxes associated with their international delivery. Typically, the customer is contacted by customs once their shipment arrives and will be required to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment to them.
